Staying at this hotel was a mixed experience. The rooms, resembling one-bedroom apartments with a living room and kitchen, were nice but somewhat disappointing. The service, however, was outstanding with staff going above and beyond to accommodate our requests. The location, albeit above a maintenance facility and requiring some walking to amenities, offered great views of the beach and ocean. Dining was excellent, although some prices were higher than expected. Overall, a comfortable stay with a few drawbacks.

I had a wonderful stay at the hotel! The location was perfect, right by the gulf and with easy access to the beach and Naples. The rooms were cozy with a lovely view, although the bathroom placement next to the pool was a bit awkward for family privacy. The service was somewhat mixed but overall good. Dining was decent, and the facilities were enjoyable.

The room had a fantastic view of the gulf and was equipped with a functional kitchenette. However, the bathroom's proximity to the pool sometimes compromised our family's privacy when we relaxed on the small patio. The room itself was spacious, modern, and comfortable.

The service staff provided a mix of experiences. While some attendants, like the friendly towel attendants, went above and beyond to assist us, others at the pool bar were less accommodating once they realized we wouldn't pay for an umbrella. Overall, the service was satisfactory.
